The Public Management Program of Humanize Institute aims at helping to promote public efficiency, which includes efforts to generate higher-quality services for the population. One of the paths the program chose to trace is seen in the work that focuses on strengthening both the training of third-sector agents and the people management system in governments.<\/p>\n

In this line, the institute aims at contributing to making the agenda of people management in the public sector more solid, reaching a wider ecosystem. This includes consolidating organizations that implement projects with the governments and public and private education institutions, mainly focused on expanding the production and dissemination of knowledge and training of public managers.<\/p>\n

Regarding the impacting social investment ecosystem, the institute acts in a strategic way when it comes to strengthen the public management, especially because of the awareness that transformations fostered by the third sector and the private sector need a better chance of institutionalizing and gaining scale.<\/p>\n

In the perspective of territorial development, the program and Humanize base their actions on three main strategies: Development of institutional capabilities; development of individual capabilities for public managers; and articulated action among the three sectors, acknowledging the power of a synergistic action with the Third Sector.<\/p>\n

Basically, innovating, scaling good practices and implementing public policies are among the points that are valued by the program, once Humanize believes these topics may collaborate with a fairer, more inclusive, sustainable country.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
