For Humanize, working with people management means collaborating for a more efficient public sector in different areas. We believe that, alongside our partners, we can think of ways to attract, develop and retain better prepared leaders to deliver the best public services to citizens.

In this sense, part of the performance of our Public Management program is in training and qualifying actions, putting people at the center and valuing disruptive directions. We work together with other names to articulate actors in order to collaborate with the production, systematization and customization of knowledge about management and public policies. The proposal is to help generate learning that contributes to the construction of efficient services and processes, aligned with the economic, environmental, social and educational dimensions.

We believe in partnerships with universities and in supporting the structuring of courses for public managers, in addition to getting closer to government schools in order to contribute to the implementation of innovative courses and programs that offer some sort of tutoring to public servers. We also encourage the training and attraction of young people so that they are motivated to enter the public service and qualify for the positions.

Our movement is stimulated by a scenario in which many public servers have low qualifications, which negatively reflects on issues such as: inspection, evaluation, proposal and implementation of public policies related to conservation and sustainable use. To instigate transformation, what we do alongside our partners involves activating connections that bring about systemic change. We connect people and institutions in a knowledge exchange network, helping to disseminate good practices and stories from employees who are making a difference in the Public Sector and in the Third Sector.
